This is by far the best van rental company I have ever worked with. The customer service was amazing. We were picked up immediately upon landing and taken to the very nice clean van. We lost our keys and they delivered a new set within hours. When we left, we texted that we were on our way to the airport, when we arrived, they were waiting at the airport to take the van, no paperwork, no ridiculous line, no parking, we just unloaded our luggage at the departure doors and the very nice lady wished us safe travels and took the van. They didn’t even invoice us until the stay was over. This company is focused on the customer and not on themselves, they set the standard for Van rentals.
